Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ganimate website and any motion design, video production, or related services we provide. By engaging Ganimate or using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Ganimate produces launch videos, explainers, and motion design content for SaaS companies and startups. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed in writing between you and Ganimate.
2. Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is due before production begins, with the balance due on delivery. Late payments may pause active work.
3. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond that may be billed separately at the agreed rate.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive ownership or a license to the final delivered video as specified in the proposal. Ganimate retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and showreel unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, music) remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate materials, brand assets, and timely feedback. You confirm you have the rights to any content you supply. Delays in feedback or materials may shift the delivery timeline.
6. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganimate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update shown above.
